Dark Skies – directed by Scott Stewart (Legion, Priest) – tells the story of a young, but troubled suburban family. Dad Daniel (Josh Hamilton) is an unemployed architect, while mum Lacy (Keri Russell) is a struggling estate agent and ith a mortgage way past due the last things that they need are unexplained nighttime intrusions, an increasingly distant older son (Real Steel‘s Dakota Goyo) and a disturbed youngest kid (Kadan Rockett). But what starts out seemingly like fridge-raiding animals incursions soon escalates to more bizarre, and paranormal, episodes…
We saw Dark Skies a few weeks ago (check out our review here!) but now this chiller from horror über-producer Jason Blum is out on general UK release, so you can see whether or not you agree with our take on the film.
